
Wayne Starritt
Wayne Starritt is the Founder and Managing Director of Bullingstone Associates. Now in his 21st year in Technology Search, most recently Wayne spent 4 years as COO at an Executive Search firm, running Executive Searches within SaaS businesses, plus heading up a SaaS sales hiring practice, building sales teams globally. At Bullingstone Associates Wayne now combines the two, running Executive Searches for SaaS Chief Revenue Officers and their direct reports.
Wayne lives in Kent, England with his wife, two daughters and dog Busby, named after the great Manchester United manager. He enjoys travel, and with strong family ties to the United States and a wife who is Cabin Crew for British Airways, he is fortunate to have the opportunity to do so!
Hugh Mark
Hugh had a successful and rewarding career in product and marketing, working for businesses such as Nokia and News UK, before embarking on a second career in search in 2018. His background has helped him understand the drivers for both clients and candidates during search processes. He now focuses on finding senior commercial talent for scaling SaaS businesses. He particularly enjoys working with purpose driven SaaS businesses that have a genuine human impact.
Hugh lives with his wife and two sons and is a keen sportsman, enjoying a wide range of sports but especially tennis and running.
Suzy Farrimond
Suzy has twenty years experience supporting business leaders in a range of industries such as retail and property. At Bullingstone Associates her responsibilities include Executive Assistant, Sales Support and Market Research. We are delighted to have her superb organizational skills as part of our team. If there is something needs doing one can rely on Suzy to do it!
When not taking her daughter to various birthday parties, Suzy enjoys horse riding, property development and the occasional Mojito
